How It Works
From founder intent to measurable proof.
A six-step path that takes ideas from raw intent to validated direction — without overbuilding before there's evidence.
- Step 01
Decode the founder and idea
Start by understanding the person, the moment, the constraints, and the bet behind the idea. The same idea reads differently depending on who's building it.
- Step 02
Define the product concept
Audience, promise, mechanism, hypothesis. Turn the idea into something specific enough to test.
- Step 03
Design the right MVP test
Match the test to the question. Sometimes that's a red-door landing page; sometimes it's interviews, a pilot offer, a preorder, a sample, or an offline experiment.
- Step 04
Set up measurement
Decide what success and failure look like before anything goes live. Wire up the analytics and feedback channels that will actually answer the question.
- Step 05
Evaluate the signal
Read the quantitative and qualitative results together. Distinguish weak signals from noise, and strong signals from luck.
- Step 06
Build, iterate, pivot, or pause
Move on evidence. Sometimes that means doubling down. Sometimes it means stopping. The point is to know which.
