Snapshot and Launch Kit are one-time purchases and are generally non-refundable once the outputs have been generated. If something went wrong — a broken run, missing deliverable, obvious mismatch with what was promised — email us and we will make it right. Plus is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time; you keep access through the end of the current period.
